Movement Assessment

Scope of practice
This is a movement observation, not a diagnosis. What it generates are recommendations, not prescriptions.
Teach only what you are certified to teach. If an exercise or apparatus is outside your certification, or you have not been signed off on it, leave it out.
When in doubt, ask your coordinator first — before the session, not after. Anything painful, persistent, or outside your scope gets referred out.

All Pilates programs are offered as monthly subscriptions, billed per session. Private lesson rates are set by each instructor's rate tier.

Private 1:1 Training
Frequency is a key driver of results in Pilates. Consistent sessions reinforce corrective movement patterns before compensations have a chance to return. Training three or more times per week allows the body to fully integrate new movement patterns, which is why higher-frequency clients typically experience faster strength gains, faster postural correction, and more durable results.

Hybrid Program — Private + Group
Built for training frequency. Private sessions are where individual correction happens; group sessions keep the body in those patterns between them. Together they reach the three-times-a-week frequency that produces the fastest, most durable results — at a lower monthly investment than an all-private schedule. Both private and group sessions are billed at your rate tier.

Private Group sessions are limited to 4–6 participants, providing focused coaching in a small-group setting. The per-lesson rate remains the same regardless of monthly frequency.
